All customers must agree to these terms when placing an order.
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges, except as noted in our Warranty & Returns Policy. If you receive a defective product, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-600-2025 immediately. All defectives must be reported within 15 days.
Customers purchasing downloads must also agree to the Download Agreement. Please be certain your computer is compatible with the type of download you have selected as Christwill.com can not change the file type once the order has been placed. If you are unsure of the correct file type go to Delivery Options and test your computer.
Your entire order will be charged when you click the "Place Order" button to submit your order and subsequently will be handled according to our standard Shipping Policy.
An order containing all studio hardcopy and/or burned hardcopy product can not be cancelled if it has already shipped. Orders containing all downloads can not be cancelled once placed. If an order contains both shippable products and downloadable products, only the shippable portion which has not yet shipped can be cancelled.
All shipped products, unless indicated to be Studio Jewelcase Hardcopy, will NOT ship in a jewelcase. Your CD will arrive in a CD sleeve with printed cover art and track listing. If lyrics are available for the accompaniment track, they will be printed on the inside of the insert.
If you decline insurance for your order, Christwill.com will not be responsible for merchandise that may be lost or damaged in transit.
Christwill.com is a retailer selling products created by various companies. As such, Christwill can not be held responsible for variations from the original artist performance of the song to the accompaniment track version, including, but not limited to, verse arrangements, tempo, orchestration, length of song, etc.
